Two Oceans Tiger Bay 1000 News

On 24 May 2008 the Two Oceans Tiger Bay 1000 Angling Competition attracted a record crowd and everyone had a whale of a time!

Our thanks to Vinash Indarjee and the main sponsor Two Oceans, as well as all the other sponsors who contributed. Each and everyone will be acknowledged somewhere on this page. There were absolutely no half-measures and everyone left with a prize!

We also wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the anglers who participated and contributed to the great spirit. This page will from now on be dedicated to you and this competition. May we go from strength to strength in the years to come. We hope you find your face somewhere on this page, as some of you came in disguise!

Lesley Vermaak caught the heaviest tiger of 2,05 kg

Chantelle Senekal took the Ladies' prize

with a specimen of 1,8 kg

Michele van Niekerk topped the Juniors with a specimen of 1,4 kg

The Three Musketeers shared the prize for the sealed weight of 1,75 kg
